Process Walkthrough

What Professional Claude Code Setup Actually Includes

You can't evaluate what you can't visualize. Both tiers, in detail, with what happens at each stage and what you own at the end.

Personal Tier

~$1,500 · Working system in 3 days

For individual operators who've hit the plateau. You have Claude Code installed and know there's more. The gap isn't feature knowledge — it's system design.

Day 1

Discovery

60-90 minute working session mapping your tools, workflows, and bottlenecks. Building the mental model that becomes your architecture.

Day 2-3

Build

CLAUDE.md tuned to your role, 10-20 production skills, context files, workflow connections. You don't need to be present.

Day 3

Handoff

Live session using the system on real work. Not a demo — you operate it while I watch for friction and fix gaps in real time.

Week 1-2

Coaching (3-4 sessions)

Working on your actual tasks. Building skills together. By session 3, you create new skills independently in under 15 minutes.

What you own at the end

CLAUDE.md

Tuned operating instructions for your specific role and tools

10-20 Production Skills

Purpose-built automations covering your core workflows

Context Files

Competitive landscape, messaging, processes structured for AI retrieval

Workflow Connections

Skills that chain together (research → content → distribution)

Extension Patterns

Knowledge of how to build new skills yourself in 15 minutes

Ongoing cost: $0. No subscription. No retainer. The system is yours.

Bespoke Tier

$10K–25K · Full team system in 4 weeks

For teams of 3-5 in GTM roles. Knowledge lives in people's heads, not infrastructure. When someone leaves, their institutional knowledge walks out with them.

Week 1

Discovery & Knowledge Mapping

Ingest all your materials. Map implicit knowledge (usually 70%+ is undocumented). Architecture blueprint delivered by day 4-5.

Week 2

Build

Context graph, 30-50 skills, tool integrations, workflow chains. Working demos throughout — not a big reveal at the end.

Week 3

Train

Each team member gets tailored onboarding on their role's skills. Real work, not exercises. Gap-filling in real time.

Week 4

Harden

Edge case testing, documentation, measurement baselines, handoff to internal champion. System runs without me.

What you own at the end

Context Graph

Portable knowledge architecture of your entire business

30-50 Skills

Covering all team workflows with tool integrations

Workflow Chains

Multi-step automations with connected loops

Team Training

Each member productive independently

Documentation

Internal reference for maintenance and extension

Measurement

Before/after baseline proving ROI

Ongoing cost: $0. No retainer. Optional quarterly tune-ups available but not required.

What “compounding” actually looks like

Configuration is static. Context engineering grows. Here's the difference over time.

Month 1

System works. Team uses it. Output quality already higher than manual processes.

Month 3

Context graph has learned from 90 days of work. Win patterns, messaging that converts, objection handling. Every new skill draws on everything before.

Month 6

Institutional knowledge survives team changes. A new hire in month 4 is as productive as the person who left in month 5. Nothing was lost.

Frequently asked questions

How long from first conversation to working system?

Personal: Working system on day 3. Full coaching complete by day 14. Bespoke: First working demos in week 2. Full system operational by week 4.

What if I don't have all the materials listed?

Most companies don't. Start with what you have. Even 5 call recordings, a competitive doc, and your website give enough to build the initial system.

Can this break anything in my existing tools?

No. Claude Code reads from and writes to your tools through standard integrations. It doesn't modify your CRM schema or email system.

What if my team doesn't adopt it?

That's why coaching sessions exist. Adoption happens through real work, not training decks. If adoption still fails, it's usually a change management issue.

Can I start with Personal and upgrade to Bespoke later?

Yes. Common path. Personal gives you enough architectural understanding to make the Bespoke conversation more productive.
