The practice of using AI agents as core go-to-market infrastructure, not as tools bolted onto existing workflows, but as the primary execution layer.

AI GTM is the operating thesis behind STEEPWORKS. Most companies treat AI as a productivity tool: write emails faster, summarize calls, generate content. AI GTM treats AI as the execution layer itself. Agents run pipelines, score deals, produce content, and monitor competitors as primary operators, not assistants. The distinction matters because tool-use AI inherits the workflow of the person using it (and their bottlenecks). Infrastructure AI can operate at a cadence and scale that human workflows cannot match: 3 newsletters per week, daily social posts, weekly competitive scans, pipeline-wide deal scoring. The human role shifts from doing to directing and reviewing.
