Claude Code for go-to-market

Run your GTM on Claude Code.

SteepWorks gives Claude Code your business context, then puts finely tuned agents to work across the funnel.

Turn your data into unified GTM intelligence.

The system connects to all your tools, gets better with every run, adapts to your team, and remains fully yours—no recurring fees.

Fragmented GTM data becoming unified intelligenceSeven source systems feed a dense, interconnected set of GTM intelligence domains.

Your CRM knows the pipeline. Call transcripts know what buyers said. Outbound tools know the contacts. The rest is scattered across docs, inboxes, and people’s heads. Not anymore.

Build whatever's next.

What can you run?

Let's talk through where you are.

Start with your funnel, the way your GTM runs, and how you're using AI today. We'll talk through what's working, what's stuck, and where SteepWorks could fit across the system. Then we'll decide together whether it makes sense for you or your team.

Talk it through with Victor
If it isn't a fit, you still get 30 minutes of practical AI and GTM coaching for your situation.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly gets installed?

Your business context, GTM methods, tuned skills and agents, approval rules, and the memory from completed runs, all in a private repo your team owns. We configure it around the tools and workflows you choose.

Do we have to roll out the whole system at once?

No. Start with the context and the one workflow that matters most. Expand after your team trusts the work and knows what it wants the system to do next.

Do we replace our existing tools?

No. SteepWorks works through the systems your GTM already depends on, with scoped access and explicit write-back controls.

Does everyone need to work in Claude Code or Codex?

No. SteepWorks is built for operators running Claude Code or Codex. One person can run the system while the rest of the team receives briefs, plans, drafts, and updates in the tools and documents they already use. A rep gets a call brief, not a terminal window.

Who maintains the system?

Your team owns the repo, context, skills, and agents. A named internal owner can keep the business context current and the operating methods inspectable. If you want, Victor can maintain the context graph for you.

What happens if the operator leaves?

The work lives in the repository, not in that person's head. The context, methods, and decision history stay put, so the next operator inherits a running system with a manual.

Does this lock us into Victor?

No. It lives in your repo and is built so an internal operator can run it.

How quickly can we start?

For an individual operator, we work across several sessions to install and tune the system and build real plans together. A full B2B embed is a substantial multi-week build across the team's context, tools, and workflows.
