Daily CoS Brief
A 6:30 AM briefing agent that maps overnight signals (email, CRM, calendar, news) to active goals and surfaces the day's priorities.
The daily Chief of Staff brief runs at 6:30 AM and produces a concise morning briefing. It maps overnight signals to active work: new emails get tagged to relevant workstreams, CRM updates surface deal movement, calendar events trigger meeting prep, and news mentions flag competitive or market shifts. The brief includes 3 sections: what changed overnight, what is on the calendar today, and recommended priority order for discretionary time. The agent reads active PRDs and kanban state to understand what matters, not just what is urgent. The output is a single markdown file that takes 2 minutes to scan over coffee.
