The deal health agent pulls active pipeline from HubSpot and scores each deal across MEDDPICC dimensions: Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identified Pain, Champion, Competition. Scoring uses CRM data (activity recency, stakeholder mapping, stage duration) plus conversation intelligence when available. The agent produces two outputs: a pipeline summary with color-coded deal health (green/yellow/red) and per-deal coaching cards with specific next actions. Deals stuck in stage for 2x the median cycle time get automatic escalation flags. The agent does not replace judgment; it surfaces the deals that need attention before the rep notices.
