HubSpot integration follows the CRM-First Research Principle: when skills need account or contact data, CRM is priority-0 source before web search. The /meeting-prep skill checks HubSpot for prior interactions, deal stage, and contact properties before researching externally. The /revops suite pulls pipeline data for deal health scoring, forecast projection, and coaching prep. Integration follows a capability detection pattern: if CRM tools are unavailable, skills skip silently rather than blocking the workflow. All CRM-sourced data is tagged with provenance ([CRM: HubSpot, as of DATE]) for freshness tracking.
