Hypothesis Builder
Generates testable pain hypotheses from ICP data, producing structured assumptions that sales conversations can validate or kill.
Hypothesis Builder takes an ICP definition and account research, then generates 5-10 testable pain hypotheses in a structured format: the hypothesis statement, the supporting evidence, the confidence level, the validation question to ask on a call, and the kill signal (what would disprove it). The skill follows upstream-downstream separation: it ingests neutral research and produces interpretive hypotheses, keeping the two layers clean. Each hypothesis links back to its evidence source so you can trace the reasoning chain. Output feeds directly into meeting prep talk tracks and outbound messaging. CRM is the priority-0 data source when available — a prospect who already told your SDR about a pain point should not get a hypothesis that ignores it.
