Install Session
The guided 90-minute session where a new Knowledge OS Personal user sets up their CLAUDE.md, context files, and first 5 skills with a STEEPWORKS operator.
The install session is the onboarding experience for Knowledge OS Personal ($197 tier). In 90 minutes, an operator walks the user through CLAUDE.md setup (who you are, what you do, how you work), context file creation (ICP, voice, competitive positioning), and activation of 5 starter skills matched to their workflow. The session is live, not self-serve, because the first CLAUDE.md draft requires understanding the user's business deeply enough to write routing rules. Users who skip the install session and self-configure take 3-4x longer to reach productive output. The session produces a working system, not a set of instructions to implement later.
