Knowledge Graph Agent
An automated agent that maintains graph integrity, discovers new relationships between documents, and flags orphan nodes across 889+ files.
The knowledge graph agent handles the maintenance that makes a large document graph usable. It runs integrity checks (bidirectional link validation, orphan detection, metadata consistency), discovers implicit relationships (documents that reference the same concepts but are not linked), and proposes new edges based on content similarity. At 889+ nodes, manual graph maintenance is impossible. The agent catches broken links from file moves, identifies clusters of related content that should be connected, and maintains the changelog that tracks graph evolution. Weekly audit runs catch 5-15 issues on average.
