Deal qualification methodology (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Process, Decision Criteria, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition) used in the RevOps skill.

MEDDPICC is the deal qualification framework that the /revops skill suite uses to score pipeline health. Each deal gets evaluated across 8 dimensions with specific evidence requirements. Metrics needs a quantified business case. Champion needs an internal advocate with power and access. Competition needs a documented competitive strategy. The RevOps skills (/revops deal-health, /revops scorecard) map CRM data to MEDDPICC dimensions and flag gaps. A deal missing Economic Buyer identification after Stage 2 gets flagged as at-risk. The framework is not theoretical here: it drives automated pipeline reports and coaching prep documents.
