The dossier includes: attendee bios with LinkedIn context, company situation summary, prior interaction history from CRM, 3 recommended talking points tied to known pain, and 2-3 questions designed to advance the deal. For prospects, it cross-references your ICP model to highlight fit signals and gaps. For existing clients, it surfaces renewal risk indicators. Average generation time: 3-4 minutes per meeting. If CRM tools are unavailable, the skill degrades gracefully to web-only research.
