RevOps is a skill family with 6 sub-commands: deal-health (risk-scores every open opportunity against 12 signals), dashboard (pipeline visualization by stage, age, and value), forecast (weighted projection with confidence bands), scorecard (rep performance metrics), 1on1 (coaching prep with specific talk tracks), and qbr (quarterly business review generator). The skills pull from HubSpot when connected and fall back to manual data entry when CRM is unavailable. Deal health scoring uses signals including days-in-stage, stakeholder coverage, next-step quality, and competitive presence. The dashboard outputs markdown tables that render in any context — no BI tool required. The QBR generator combines deal-health and dashboard data into a board-ready narrative.
