Shared Context
Company-level context files stored in a central location and loaded automatically by multiple skills to maintain consistency.
Shared context files live in .claude/skills/_shared/contexts/ and contain the structured business information that multiple skills need. The STEEPWORKS context file includes positioning, ICP, messaging pillars, and voice guidelines. The IT8E context file includes company overview, competitive differentiation, and engagement constraints. When any skill loads, whether it is produce-content, meeting-prep, or competitive-positioning, it pulls the relevant shared context automatically. This means updating your ICP definition in one file propagates to every skill on the next invocation. Without shared context, each skill would carry its own (inevitably stale) copy of business facts.
