Synthesize Knowledge
Multi-document extraction skill that processes 10-100 sources in parallel and produces structured synthesis with concept mapping.
Synthesize Knowledge handles bulk document processing that would overwhelm a single context window. It splits source documents across parallel agents, each extracting concepts, evidence, and relationships into a structured intermediate format. A synthesis agent then merges the extractions, deduplicates, resolves conflicts, and produces a unified output: concept definitions, evidence inventory, relationship map, and gap analysis. The skill processed 23,442 prophetic corpus utterances across 6 leaders, 89 consulting transcripts for ICP validation, and 200+ competitor pages for positioning research. It scales linearly with document count because each extraction agent works independently. Output feeds the knowledge graph for long-term retrieval.
